Beginning users have only used the system for a short time and want to better understand each of its features. Beginning users, for example, typically know how to scan documents into the repository, but they may not know how to make the best use of the system’s comprehensive image clean-up tools.
Intermediate users understand the system’s features and want to learn how to use each feature—and the system as a whole—more effectively. These users, for example, know how to use advanced capture and indexing tools like Snapshot and Quick Fields, but they may not be familiar with all of these tools’ configuration options and capabilities.
Advanced users are responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the system and need a detailed understanding of its architecture, capabilities and administrative features. Advanced users, for example, generally understand how to assign security and define access rights in the system, but they may not know how to design a comprehensive security policy for their organization

The Administrative track provides the training necessary to earn your Laserfiche Administrator I Certification. Designed for intermediate to advanced users and administrators, this course covers all of the topics tested in the Laserfiche Administrator 1 Certification Exam.
