Beginning users have only used the system for a short time and want to better understand each of its features. Beginning users, for example, typically know how to scan documents into the repository, but they may not know how to make the best use of the system’s comprehensive image clean-up tools.
Intermediate users understand the system’s features and want to learn how to use each feature—and the system as a whole—more effectively. These users, for example, know how to use advanced capture and indexing tools like Snapshot and Quick Fields, but they may not be familiar with all of these tools’ configuration options and capabilities.
Advanced users are responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the system and need a detailed understanding of its architecture, capabilities and administrative features. Advanced users, for example, generally understand how to assign security and define access rights in the system, but they may not know how to design a comprehensive security policy for their organization

The Laserfiche Specialist Certification provides a

The Product Overview track provides a summary and demonstration of the following products: Web Access and WebLink, Quick Fields, Workflow, Agenda Manager, Audit Trail, Records Management Edition and Affinity. Suitable for new and long-term customers of varying technical abilities, these sessions will teach you what each of the covered products can do and how each one can be used to solve the business problems your organization is currently facing.
The Administrative track provides the training necessary to earn your Laserfiche Administrator I Certification. Designed for intermediate to advanced users and administrators, this course covers all of the topics tested in the Laserfiche Administrator 1 Certification Exam. Attending this course, completing the hands on exercises and studying the manual provided will help you get the most out of your Laserfiche system and will prepare you to become certified.
