Craig Smith has a 29-year background in sales and operations management for both large and small companies. He joined United Micro Data, Inc., in 1989, when United Micro Data expanded their business into Boise and Idaho Falls, and is currently the vice president and COO. Craig Smith has had various duties that include prepping, scanning and microfilming. He has been deeply involved with electronic document management since 1990 and has seen the migration from paper, to film, to digital – and the difficulty of staying abreast of the new technologies.

Tom Thompson has been involved with Information\Document Management for the past 35 years. For over 28 years Tom was responsible for sales and sales management of the microfilm, Computer and Digital Imaging departments for Yost Office Systems. This included the designing of CAR (Computer Aided Retrieval) systems for microfilm and microfiche storage. He has been involved with Digital Document Imaging since its inception. Tom started working for United Micro Data in 1999 and has been responsible for Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations.

Blake Smith has been involved in technical support for over 4 years. During that time he has done technical support for companies such as IBM, Lucent Technologies, Lincoln Financial Group, and Johnson & Johnson. Blake joined the United Micro Data team Spring of 2006. He is a FileBound Certified Professional (FBCP) and a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
