Because of the popularity of the Sun Valley Resort, hotel reservations need to be made by May 29th. After the 29th, the hotel will not guarantee open rooms. Accept	Registration Terms & Conditions No refunds will be given for no-shows. It will take a minimum of FOUR weeks to recieve a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations postmarked or fax-email dated after seven days prior to the conference date. Registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to United Micro Data, Inc. ONE WEEK prior to the conference date. The total amount of the registration fee must be recieved by United Micro Data, Inc. before attendance to any part of the conference will be permitted. The registration fee may be paid at sign in at the conference.
